Dr. Jacoby Cotton established Fit2Rise in February 2019 to assist clients recovering from significant injuries — the kind of injuries that don’t just affect the body but reshape what someone believes is possible for themselves.

F2R integrates physical and spiritual growth, community development, and fitness engagement — opportunities to optimize the freedom of movement, teach methods to live without pain, and transform lives.

This is doctor-led wellness for people who are done settling. Whether you’re an athlete coming back from injury, a single parent trying to find time for yourself, or a teenager learning what discipline looks like — you belong here.

F2R is doctor-led, but it’s also lived. Dr. Cotton trains with the same discipline he teaches — on stage as a competitive bodybuilder, in the gym daily, and in the clinic with every client. This is the standard. Then we help you meet your version of it.
